The frequency of services can range from immediate crisis consulting to regularly scheduled weekly, monthly, or quarterly sessions. Clients ask how the coaching process works. All sessions are kept strictly confidential. Our consultants and coaches are experienced as expert listeners and careful observers, while asking questions that help you, the client, maintain responsibility but with a deeper insight, clarity, maturity and courage.

The Discovery Call booking block is 20 mins and will allow us an opportunity to talk one-on-one to identify your needs, and how I can best help you develop a plan for success. Every client is special, every project is unique. I always like to schedule a discovery call to meet online and discuss in detail your unique personal needs and business goals. The call allows us an opportunity to confirm that I am the right fit for you. If needed, I'll then create a custom project proposal and quote unique to you and your project scope, or suggest one of our current coaching or consulting packages that may meet your need.

Yes absolutely! Working with a professional business consultant or life coach can be a significant investment, so I work to make payments as simple as possible for you. Depending on which service you opt for, we can split your payment into 2 - 4 separate payments over the course of the project or program. This will allow you to better manage the full load of the investment. A non-refundable retainer of 25 - 50% is due up front, and all payments are due before the completion of our time working together. Payment options are contingent upon approval.

Refunds + Cancellations + Rescheduling

We value your time and we would appreciate you valuing ours -- especially because we have many clients who wish to book sessions sooner than their scheduled date.

We’re here to support your busy, busy life. You can reschedule your session, as long as you cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, and there is availability on our schedule. The new session must be rescheduled within five (5) days of your original session date. Clients are limited to two (2) reschedulings.

If you need to cancel your 1:1 session within 48 hours of the scheduled time you will forfeit your 1:1 coaching session opportunity and we will not be able to offer a refund. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy as needed.

Clients are limited to two (2) cancellations. You will be charged for missed sessions that are not rescheduled in accordance with our agreement.

Existing Clients: Between sessions, if you need to ask questions, tell your story, or bounce some ideas around, please feel free to email me or call/text me.
