THE PREMISE
YOUR CALLING DESERVES A CALENDAR
You are not behind. You are carrying a lot. The thing God put in you last January is still real — it just keeps losing to everyone else's urgent.
Midnight Momentum gives you two protected hours on a Friday night, with other women doing the same on the other side of the screen. Cameras optional. Chatter minimal. You name what you're finishing, you go quiet, you finish it.
Because vision without execution is just a feeling. Stewardship looks like a plan, a next step, and two hours you actually defended. That's the work here.
And when you hit the wall that usually ends the session — the pricing question, the paragraph that won't land, the decision you've circled for three weeks — you don't google it. You ask Dr. Fair, live, while you're still sitting in the work.
INSIDE THE TWO HOURS
HOW A SESSION RUNS
The same structure every week, so you can plan around it.
10:00 PM
DOORS OPEN
Log in, get your coffee or your water, settle in. No small talk required.
10:10 PM
NAME THE ONE THING
Each woman drops one line in the chat: the single thing she's finishing tonight. Saying it out loud is half the work, and the room holds you to it.
10:15 PM
DEEP WORK BLOCK
Mics off, timer on. Heads down for a full stretch with the room working alongside you.
11:10 PM
OPEN FLOOR WITH DR. AUTUMN FAIR
Bring the thing that's stuck — strategy, pricing, structure, the email you can't send. Straight answers while you're still in the work, not a week later.
11:25 PM
SECOND BLOCK
Back in. Apply what you just heard while it's still warm.
11:50 PM
CLOSE THE LOOP
Post what you finished and what's first on Monday. Log off at midnight with proof the week moved.
WHO THIS IS FOR
THE RIGHT ROOM
WHAT IT ISN'T
NOT THAT
-
Women building something God put on them, on the side of an already-full life.
-
Founders, consultants and executives who need structure more than they need another idea.
-
Doctoral candidates and academics with a chapter that will not write itself.
-
Women whose only uninterrupted hours start after the house goes quiet.
-
Anyone who works better with company in the room, even a silent one.
-
Not a webinar. Nobody presents at you for ninety minutes.
-
Not a Bible study. Faith shapes how we work here; the two hours are for working.
-
Not a networking mixer. You are here to produce, not to circulate.
-
Not a course with modules to fall behind on.
-
Not another platform to check. One link, one calendar hold, done.

She holds a doctorate in business administration and an MBA in finance from Lincoln University, and brings more than two decades of leadership across municipal government, nonprofit administration, human services, higher education, and entrepreneurship.
Her method is faith-informed and stubbornly practical: get clear on what you're actually building, put the structure under it, and develop the people who carry it. Business is ministry — and ministry still needs a plan, a calendar, and a next step. That's what she brings to the open floor at 11 PM.
